Pout School of Makeup

I am not a girly girl.
I do not know how to do those sexy smoky eyes without looking like a panda bear.
I most certainly cannot use a tube of liquid eyeliner without ending up looking like Alice Cooper.
So I admire makeup artists in a big way. The things they do with brushes, little pots and tubes is mesmerising.
I’d love to learn just a smidgen of what they know, so that I could transform myself for a party or night out on the town without a trip to the MAC counter ;)

If you’d like to do a course and learn how to do your own makeup, either for yourself or professionally, then I definitely recommend The Pout School of Makeup run by Lisa Bailey. We’ve known each other for years and I’m always amazed at how effortlessly beautiful she looks (the sign of a very good makeup artist) and often impressed at how many people she has taught.
She’s made up her fair share of SA models and schlebs too – they definitely dont look like that before she gets hold of them ;)
